10. Core Exchange Policy

Certain products (such as reconditioned turbochargers) are supplied on an exchange basis and are subject to a mandatory Core Unit Surcharge at the time of purchase.

This surcharge is fully refundable provided the customer’s old turbocharger (“core”) is returned to our premises within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned core must be the exact same model, fully assembled, off-the-engine condition, and free from severe structural or cracked damage. Incomplete, dismantled, or incorrect cores will not qualify for a refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TP Turbopoint Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
