Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Special-order items and products showing signs of installation may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Core Unit Returns: Old turbocharger cores being returned for a surcharge refund must be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase. The unit must be fully assembled and match the model purchased. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of the core unit. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days following inspection and approval of the returned core.
